Show 'Em What You Got. Pro days are high stakes but can also be high rewards for guys who aren't necessarily pegged as surefire first round prospects. Players with both skills and questions to answers can do themselves a world of good with a good performance on their pro day.

In this edition of The Follow, we have the privilege of dropping in on the preparation for and execution of pro day workouts for Cam Young and Austin Williams. Each has aspects of their games that easily translates to the next level. What they need to do is reassure scouts about any questions they might have about them.

That's where Jay Perry comes in. Members can listen in as he talks about each prospect and what questions they need to answer for pro scouts and what elements of their games they can emphasize to make them more attractive to NFL teams.

This and so much more are available to our HailState+ members, so join today!

๐Ÿ”ผ Draft Dream Day State star cornerback Emmanuel Forbes' draft buzz has been building for the final few weeks leading up to last night's opening round of the NFL Draft in Kansas City. It turns out the buzz was very real. The Mississippi State football star was selected with the 16th pick of the draft by the Washington Commanders.

The Grenada, Mississippi native was understandably emotional when the moment arrived and his name was called. It appears the Commanders were thrilled with their chance to get Forbes as well. Fans can also check out the Commanders' press conference with General Manager Martin Mayhew and head coach Ron Rivera discussing their selection of Forbes.

The Commanders are receiving high praise for their selection of Forbes. ESPN's Mel Kiper lists it as one of the opening round selections he liked. At The Athletic, Forbes will bring "elite" coverage skills to a secondary that needs playmakers. CBS Sports analyst Pete Prisco graded the selection an "A".

๐Ÿ”ผ Senior Day. Mississippi State will host No. 20 Kentucky in its final home series of the regular season starting tonight at Nusz Park.

The Bulldogs will honor their seniors before Saturday's 4 p.m. CT first pitch on SEC Network. In addition, those student-athletes who will graduate in May will be recognized in a pregame ceremony with Dr. Mark E. Keenum on Friday night.

Additionally, Sunday is Samoan Day, honoring the heritage of Chloe Malau'ulu, Matalasi Faapito, Leilani Pulemau, Kiarra Sells and head coach Samantha Ricketts.

๐Ÿ”ผ Fantastic Four. Four members of Mississippi State's No. 16 men's tennis team were named All-SEC on Thursday.

Carles Hernandez, Ewen Lumsden, and Nemanja Malesevic were each selected second-team All-SEC while Petar Jovanovic was named to the SEC All-Freshman team.

Only Georgia and Kentucky (five each) had more players picked for SEC honors than MSU.
