🔼 First Test. After a 7-3 start to the season, Bulldog volleyball shifts focus to their challenging SEC schedule that lies ahead. The first SEC game of the season will be on the road against Texas A&M.

Last season, the Bulldogs swept the Aggies and have won the past six matches dating back to the 2020 season. So far this season, State ranks top 5 in the SEC in blocks per set (2.47) and digs per set (14.47) thanks in large part to SEC Defensive Player of the Week Zoe Gonzales and libero Lauren Myrick.

🔼 Bounce Back. With last week’s matchup in the past, Coach Arnett and Bulldog football’s focus is on this week’s game against South Carolina. One bad week doesn’t define a team, and with the SEC’s leading rusher in Woody Marks, two of the best tacklers in the conference in Jett Johnson and Nathaniel Watson, and one of the best passers in league history in Will Rogers, this Mississippi State team has the ability to bounce back better than ever.

🔼 All the PRs. Bulldog cross country tore up the track in their latest meet with eight new personal records and a seventh place team finish. Madison Jones was the leader of the pack after racing out to a personal best time of 17:28.80, shaving off 20 seconds of her previous best and entering her time as the eighth best 5K time in the MSU record books.
