🔼 Watch Out. Mississippi State linebacker Jalen Smith has been named to the 41st annual collegiate Butkus Award watchlist! Smith is entering his first season with the Bulldogs after transferring from Tennessee, where he was named to the SEC All-Freshman team a season ago.

🔼 Swiss Army Player. Mississippi State’s Davon Booth has been named to the Paul Hornung Award watch list, awarded annually to the most versatile player in college football!

🔼 Hoops Help. Mississippi State men’s basketball has hired Erik Johansson as the Bulldogs’ director of scouting and analytics!

🔼 Gettin’ Ready. Mississippi State soccer kicks off its 2025 season tomorrow with an exhibition against Mercer at 2 p.m.!

🔼 Through The Uprights. We have 29 days until Mississippi State football’s season opener at Southern Miss on August 30!

Massimo Biscardi, who wore No. 29 for the Bulldogs in 2022, made eight field goals in his lone season with Mississippi State, including a go-ahead kick in the fourth quarter in an Egg Bowl win over Ole Miss.
