🔼 Ticket Punched. Add another member to the list of Bulldogs representing Mississippi State in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Women’s basketball’s Ahlana Smith will represent Puerto Rico in her Olympic debut after being named to the national roster. Smith will be Mississippi State's first basketball Olympian and the first to represent Puerto Rico. 

🔼 All Honor. 83 of Mississippi State’s student-athletes were selected to the SEC Academic First-Year Honor Roll after grades were finalized for the 2023-24 season. All of State's programs represented were led by track and field (22), baseball (18) and football (11). Any student-athlete who participates in a Southeastern Conference championship sport or a student-athlete who participates in a sport listed on his/her institution's NCAA Sports Sponsorship Form is eligible for nomination to the Academic Honor Roll.

🔼 New To Starkville. Bulldog men’s golf announced the addition of its latest hire, assistant coach Kyle Cornelius. In his lone season with Charlotte, Cornelius helped the program claim three top-five finishes while the team recorded 19 individual rounds in the 60s. His tenure saw one of his student-athletes play at the NCAA Regionals as an individual while another earned exemption into a PGA Tour event.
