🔼  State’s Shining Squad. Following the Diamond Dawgs’ performance in the NCAA Regionals, five Bulldogs were named to the Charlottesville All-Regional Team. Among the group were pitcher Khal Stephen, outfielder Bryce Chance, shortstop David Merson, first baseman Hunter Hines and outfielder Dakota Jordan.

🔼  Remembering Wilcox. Award-winning ESPN broadcaster Holly Rowe announced the creation of her Joy+US Foundation with the establishment of the Alex Wilcox Memorial Scholarship Fund. Coinciding with the opening day of play at the Women's College World Series, the foundation's first project is dedicated to Mississippi State softball's Alex Wilcox, who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2018. Rowe, a cancer survivor, was herself undergoing treatment at the same time as Wilcox.

🤔 BULLDOG TRIVIA

Instant Success. Bulldog track and field will be represented this week at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, but one State competitor has already proven he is elite. The Bulldog will be one of only two freshmen to qualify in the shot put and one of only three in the discus.
