🔼 Desert Days. Bulldog men’s basketball will join Butler, Northwestern and UNLV at the Arizona Tip-Off. The two-day tournament is slated for Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th at the Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona. Matchups, game times and television network details will be revealed at a later date.

State has won both of its non-conference tournament titles under Chris Jans. The Bulldogs defeated Marquette and Utah to capture the 2022 Fort Myers Tipoff followed by victories over Washington State and Northwestern to claim the 2023 Hall of Fame Tipoff Tournament.

🔼 Off The Course. Mississippi State men's golf saw four student-athletes named to the CSC Academic All-District At-Large team earlier this week. The Bulldogs were represented by Hunter Logan, Garrett Endicott, Harrison Davis and Josep Serra. Davis and Logan were also named to the all-district team last year. Logan, who was tabbed a PING All-Region performer, was selected as a finalist for the CSC Academic All-America team and now advances to a national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.

🔼 Heating Up. With the summer in full swing, a couple of Bulldogs are shining out on the course.

⛳️ Former Bulldog women’s golfer, Ally Ewing, has caught fire in the LPGA with three straight top-five finishes, including a a tie for third in the U.S. Women’s Open. Her stretch of play makes her the only golfer in the LPGA to have three straight top-five finishes.

⛳️ Through two rounds at the European Amateur Championship, Bulldog men’s golfer Josep Serra sits in a tie for 11th at 3-under par. Serra will enter the weekend with a chance at taking the top spot as he sits just four shots back from the current leader.

🔼 Dialogue Matters. As Mississippi State focuses on the road ahead, Zac Selmon participated in a live stream titled, “Dialogue Matters: A Conversation with Director of Athletics Zac Selmon”. In his speech, Selmon discussed the growing momentum of MSU Athletics, the symbiotic relationship between athletics and academics as the university continues its Transformation progress, and new ventures.

🔼 Dear Ol’ State. On the court and in the locker room, Debreasha Powe is a leader for the Mississippi State women's basketball program. On the latest episode of Dear Ol' State, Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery chat with Powe about being a rock for her team and how she's using her love for basketball as a platform for her own personal ministry to kids.
