🔼  Say It Ain’t So. The reigning SEC individual champion and back-to-back SEC Player of the Year has been named a Honda Award finalist, an award presented to the top female athlete in the 12 NCAA-sanctioned sports. Julia Lopez Ramirez proved once again that she is at the top of her game with a top-10 finish in the NCAA Championship and a WGCA All-American First Team selection.

🔼  Save The Date. It’s time to plan a trip to return to Starkville as Mississippi State Athletics announced that Homecoming and Bulldog Family Weekend will take place from Thursday, October 31 to Sunday, November 3. Bulldog football will take on the UMass on Saturday for the 2024 Homecoming game with the time to be announced at a later date. A full slate of programming is scheduled for the weekend with additional programming to be announced in the coming months.

🔼  Keeping It 100. After an offseason that has seen Madisyn Kennedy earn multiple accolades and sign a professional contract, the praise continues to roll in for the Bulldog softball first baseman. Kennedy was tabbed No. 71 overall in Softball America’s Top 100 and the third-best player in her position.
