šŸ”¼ Itā€™s Time. Today, Stateā€™s menā€™s tennis team begins their quest for an NCAA title when it hosts an NCAA Regional matchup against Alabama State. The Bulldogs head into the tournament with some flashy new rankings including:

That can certainly boost a teamā€™s confidence as they prepare for postseason play. The Bulldogsā€™ match against Alabama State will not start before 2:00pm CT. Be a part of the action a the Pitts tennis Center by purchasing your tickets here.

šŸ”¼ Coming In Hot. This weekend, Mississippi Stateā€™s softball team will close out the regular season at No. 17 Auburn.

State has been on a roll as of late, and as we have mentioned, a lot of that is to the credit of the Bulldogsā€™ bats. Earlier this week, Paige Cookā€™s bat helped her earn SEC Player of the Week honors last weekend, and the team set program records for home runs in a single-game and in a series.

The Tigers took the series last year, but not before MSU took a game for themselves. This year, the Bulldogs enter the series riding a three-game win streak. Tune in this weekend to watch the games on SEC Networks.

šŸ”¼ Seatbelts Everyone. Buckle up Bulldogs fans, because we have a good one this weekend in Starkville.

With the regular season winding down to a close, every game matters. MSU comes into the series up all-time, sitting at 57-54 and having won their most recent matchup against the Hogs. The No. 6 Razorbacks have had a strong showing, but prove to struggle while on the road, going 3-7 so far this season.

Hunter Hinesā€™ stock continues to rise after he finished the month of April with an SEC-high 10 home runs, adding to his NCAA-leading 21 on the season. The Bulldogs offense features five players batting above .300 (with at least 90 at bats) with outfielder Colton Ledbetter leading the way with an average of .325.

The three-game home stand begins tonight at 6:00, and you arenā€™t going to want to miss a second of the action. Tonightā€™s game and Sunday afternoonā€™s game will be televised on the SEC Network. Saturdayā€™s game will be featured on ESPNU. You can listen to all three games on the Bulldog Sports Network. General admission tickets are available here.
