🔼  Camp Counselor. Mississippi State football’s newest leader behind center will join some of the nation's top collegiate quarterbacks in Louisiana later this summer as a counselor for the Manning Passing Academy from June 27-30. Blake Shapen is one of several quarterbacks selected to serve as a counselor for this year's Manning Passing Academy. The four-day event is regarded as one of the country's premier football camps.

🔼  The Long Ball. Bulldog softball first baseman Madisyn Kennedy picked up her second All-America honor after being tabbed Second Team At-Large by the National Fastpitch Coaches’ Association. Kennedy launched a career-high 17 homers, including a school-record nine in SEC play, this year. 🔼  Career Best. After a season that saw Bulldog men’s tennis duo Petar Jovanovic and Benito Sanchez Martinez invited to the NCAA Doubles Championship, the two Bulldogs finished with a career-high ranking in the ITA Rankings. The doubles team finished No. 6 in the nation amongst duos while Jovanovic as a singles player finished 35th in the ITA Singles Rankings.
