🔼 Win Or Go Home! It’s NCAA Tournament time for Mississippi State softball, which is set to play out west in the Eugene Regional this weekend!
MSU will open the double-elimination regional today at 6:30 p.m. CT against Saint Mary's (CA) at Jane Sanders Stadium. Along with the Bulldogs and the Gaels, the Eugene Regional features host Oregon, which earned a No. 4 seed and is the No. 14 overall national seed, and Idaho State. State last played in Eugene in 2012.

🔼 Fireworks! No. 13 Mississippi State baseball earned a top-10 win on Thursday night, using a 13-run third inning against No. 10 Texas A&M to beat the Aggies in College Station, 18-11!
Jacob Parker led the Diamond Dawgs with five runs driven in, while Gehrig Frei, Ace Reese, Noah Sullivan, Vytas Valincius and Kevin Milewski all drove in a pair.
🔼 Awards Chatter! Thursday was a busy day for Diamond Dawgs on postseason awards watch lists! Both Ace Reese and Tomas Valincius were selected as semifinalists for the Dick Howser Trophy, and Valincius added a Golden Spikes semifinalist nod on top of that!
🔼 Struck Gold! Mississippi State track and field kicked off the SEC Outdoor Championships on Thursday in Auburn, Ala., with Marie Rougetet winning the hammer title with a 69.25m throw!
