All-Access: Howell Trophy. The Howell Trophy is an award given annually to the best men's college basketball player in the state of Mississippi by the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame, and this year’s winner was none other than Josh Hubbard.

🔼 Bulldog BTS. Spring has sprung which means Bulldog football practice is in full swing. Go behind the scenes with running backs coach Anthony Tucker as the crew follows him during a typical State football practice.

🔼 Milestone Met. Bulldog women’s tennis senior Chloe Cirotte achieved her 50th career singles win against Tennessee with a two-set victory. Not only was it her first SEC singles victory of the season, but it was also her first since April 20, 2022, after battling back from a knee injury that cost her all but three SEC matches last season. State closes out the regular season at home next weekend and will begin the homestand against Arkansas on Friday.

🔼 Blaze of Glory. After earning the series win over Georgia last weekend, the Diamond Dawgs are preparing for a midweek matchup against UAB at The Dude tonight at 6 p.m. The two teams will go head-to-head for the 49th time with the Bulldogs entering into the game on a five-game win streak dating back to the 2012 season. State leads the all-time series 38-10 with 20 wins on Starkville soil.

🔼 Feeling Friendly. Mississippi State’s own Ilana Izquierdo will represent Bulldog Nation after being called up for the Colombian National Team for an upcoming FIFA friendly versus Guatemala. The standout midfielder prepares to represent her country today with the match serving as crucial preparation for both teams as they gear up for upcoming competitions.

Showing Off. The Soccer Dawgs’ Ilana Izquierdo did it all from the midfielder position, finishing first in minutes played, tied for first in assists and third in goals during the 2023 season.
