All-Access: First Responders Home Run Derby. Following the Bulldog's exciting win in softball against Florida, The Starkville Police and Fire departments went up against each other in their annual home-run derby.
🎥 THE DUDES
The Dudes: Ring of Honor (S.1 E.3). The Ron Polk Ring of Honor recognizes the very best to come through the Mississippi State baseball program. This year, former pitcher Bobby Reed and current radio announcer Jim Ellis were inducted for their achievements and had their names enshrined at Dudy Noble Field. Hear from both Jim and Bobby as they reminisce on their careers and reflect on what this honor means to them.

🔼 Twice As Nice. Bulldog women’s golf standout, Julia Lopez Ramirez, is no stranger to finding success on some of the biggest stages in the world of women's golf. This week, the junior did it again when she captured her second-consecutive SEC Individual Championship, becoming just the fourth golfer in the tournament's history to win the title in back-to-back years, and helping her team to the first conference win in program history.

🔼 Postseason Showing. Mississippi State picked up a pair of wins during the opening round of the SEC Championships, but it would not be enough to extend the Bulldogs' season. The Bulldogs fell 4-1 to No. 67 Kentucky to cap the first season under head coach Chris Hooshyar. The duo of Dharani Niroshan and Maria Rizzolo teamed up for just the second time this season and downed a UK tandem, and State's singles win came from freshman Jayna Clemens. The loss closes the team’s 2023-24 campaign.
🔼 New To The Sidelines. Head coach Sam Purcell made an addition to his staff by bringing on assistant coach, Anita Howard. Howard joins the staff following five seasons as the head coach of Georgia Southern. Howard compiled a 75-71 record with the Eagles and improved the program's win total in each of her first four seasons at the helm.

Winning Feeling. The Diamond Dawgs cruised past Alcorn State in Tuesday night’s win but in a night highlighted by the bats, the pitchers made as much of a difference as any batter.
