🔼 Back To The Finals. For the second year in a row, Mississippi State women’s golf will take on Texas A&M in the finals of the SEC Championship. The Bulldogs secured two 3-1-1 wins over Kentucky and LSU to reach their second-straight finals behind stellar showings from Avery Weed, Izzy Pellot, and the conference’s champion, Julia Lopez Ramirez. The Bulldogs will tee off in the finals of the SEC Championship at 9 a.m. and will broadcast live on the SEC Network.

🔼 Empire State of Mind. Bulldog women's basketball center Jessika Carter was selected with the 23rd overall pick in the Second Round of the 2024 WNBA Draft by the New York Liberty. The selection marked Carter the ninth player to be drafted to the WNBA and the first under head coach Sam Purcell at Mississippi State. A three-time All-SEC selection, Carter earned 2024 WBCA Honorable Mention All-America honors after maintaining a near double-double average with career-best marks in points, rebounds and minutes.

🔼 Playing Through. The No. 26 Mississippi State men's golf team finished the first two rounds of the Mossy Oak Collegiate at even-par and stands tied for seventh ahead of today’s final round. Over 36 holes, Alex Pedryc finished as the low Bulldog, carding 3-under-par first day to sit in a tie for 16th place.

🔼 Title Change. Head coach Sam Purcell recently made the call to promote Gabe Lazo to associate head coach as he enters his third season with the Bulldogs. Lazo aids in the development of the guards and serves as the program's defensive coordinator, where he is tasked with opponent scouting, defensive strategies and in-game play calling and adjustments. Lazo helped guide the program to consecutive 20-plus win campaigns – one of five SEC programs since 2000 to reach the winning mark in consecutive seasons.

🔼 Your Weekend Plans. The 38th annual Super Bulldog weekend, a Mississippi State spring homecoming tradition, is set for April 19-21.  A loaded lineup of events and fan experiences are set to highlight an exciting weekend in the Best Small Town in the South including an autograph session, a fireworks and drone show, and much more!

🔼 Dear Ol’ State. On the latest edition of Dear Ol' State, Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery catch up with Bulldog baseball great Gary Rath who walks back through his career at State, his time in Major League Baseball and much, much more.
