🔼 V Is For Victory. When 15th-ranked Mississippi State needed a big swing on Tuesday night, Vytas Valincius delivered, not once, but twice.
Valincius delivered the decisive swings with a pinch-hit RBI single in the sixth inning and with a three-run homer in the eighth, lifting No. 15 Mississippi State to a 6-2 victory over Memphis on Tuesday night at Dudy Noble Field.
The Diamond Dawgs broke open a tight game late when Valincius launched a three-run shot to left field. The blast gave MSU breathing room after carrying a one-run lead into the eighth.
🔼 Add Another One For The Duke. Another day and another honor for Mississippi State's Duke Stone.
A day after being named the SEC's Co-Pitcher of the Week, Stone was selected to Baseball America's National Team of the Week for his performance at South Carolina this past Saturday.
The sophomore right-hander picked up the win against the Gamecocks as part of a 9-0 shutout to clinch the series. Stone posted personal bests in strikeouts (12), innings (six) and pitches (101) while scattering five hits and three walks.

That’s exactly what the MSU men’s golf team is set to do as they head to the 2026 SEC Championships in Sea Island, Georgia this week. This marks the 25th year for the Southeastern Conference Championship to be contested at Sea Island Golf Club.
The Bulldogs are coming off their second team victory of the 2025-26 campaign and first of the spring after a late rally to claim a share of the title at the Mossy Oak Collegiate last week.
