🔼 Big Barrels. Mississippi State baseball scored 13 runs in the first three innings against Southern on Tuesday, winning 16-2 in seven innings against the Jaguars. Hunter Hines drove in four runs for the Diamond Dawgs, while Steven Spalitta drove in three.

🔼 Still Swinging. Mississippi State women’s golf sits in a tie for seventh place after two rounds at the SEC Championship, and will look to be one of the top-eight teams on the leaderboard at the conclusion of stroke play today to advance to the match play portion of the tournament.

🔼 Tourney Time. The postseason is here for Mississippi State women’s tennis, which has earned the No. 16 seed in this week’s SEC Championship in Auburn, Ala. The Bulldogs have a matchup today with No. 9 seed South Carolina, which had an 8-7 record in SEC matches this spring.

🔼 Wesolowski Wows. Mississippi State softball’s Ella Wesolowski was named the SEC Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday, the first such honor of her career! Wesolowski helped lead the Bulldogs to a series win over Missouri this past weekend with a remarkably consistent performance at the plate and a dominant defensive showing behind it.

🔼 SEC Standouts. Another pair of Bulldogs were recognized by the SEC on Tuesday — Benito Sanchez Martinez is the SEC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, and Peyton Bair is the SEC Field Athlete of the Week!
