🔼 Helping Hands. Longtime supporters Charlie and Dana Stephenson have given $2 million to Mississippi State Athletics. The Stephensons' generosity serves as the most recent key contribution to help elevate MSU in the current landscape of college athletics.

"We're so grateful for Charlie and Dana," Director of Athletics Zac Selmon said. "Their love for Mississippi State is evident, and we can't say, 'Thank you' enough for this selfless gift that will help us keep pushing forward and reaching new heights at State. Charlie and Dana are not only generous supporters of our community, institution and state, they are great friends and trusted partners who care deeply for Mississippi State and have been running shoulder to shoulder with us in advancing Mississippi State Athletics forward from day one."

🔼 New Addition. Head Coach Chris Jans has landed his first incoming portal addition for next season as RJ Johnson is set to join Hail State after a breakout sophomore season at Kennesaw State.

Johnson averaged 14.5 points per game with 4.0 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.2 steals last season as the Owls won Conference USA. They lost to Gonzaga in the first round of the NCAA Tournament as a No. 14 seed.

🔼 Bulldog Battle. After eight straight home games, the 17th-ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs are back on the road tonight, making the trip west on I-459 to battle Samford.

Hail State will be looking to get back on track in their first road game in the month of April. Mississippi State is 7-4 away from home this spring.

First pitch in Samford is set for 6 pm tonight.

🔼 Playoff Bound. The NBA regular season is all wrapped up. Now it’s postseason time.

A pair of former Hail State standouts are set to lace them up for a chance at the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

Fresh off a new contract, Tolu Smith and the Detroit Pistons enter as the top seed in the Eastern Conference, while Quinten Post and the Warriors are the 10th seed in the Western Conference and will battle for a playoff spot in the play-in tournament beginning on Wednesday night.
