🔼 Best of the Bunch. Following a season of impressive performances, the SEC announced that center Jessika Carter and guard Jerkaila Jordan each earned Second Team All-SEC honors following a vote by the conference's head coaches. The Bulldogs were one of five teams in the conference with multiple First or Second Team selections. The latest selection for Carter marks the third of her career after being named to the Second Team in 2020 and 2023. She has maintained a double-double average with career-best marks with 14.8 points and 10.2 rebounds. The only Bulldog to start all 31 games, Jordan established herself as one of the top guards in the conference with a team-high 16.2 points and 2.2 steals, in addition to career-best marks in rebounds, assists and minutes with 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists in 30.8 minutes per game.

🔼 All The Way Back. After a one-week hiatus, Mississippi State men’s tennis is back in the ITA Tennis top 25. The Bulldogs came in at No. 22 this week with two singles and a doubles team ranked as well. Petar Jovanovic is the highest-ranked single on the team at No. 27 in the nation while Carles Hernandez placed at No. 121. In doubles, ITA Tennis ranked Jovanovic and his partner, Benito Sanchez Martinez, at No. 35 in the country.

🔼 Comeback In Pearl. After giving up four runs in the first inning, the Diamond Dawgs scored five unanswered runs to come out with a 5-4 win over Southern Miss for the team’s sixth victory in a row. The pitching duo of Evan Siary and Nolan Stevens set the tone, striking out four of the 11 batters faced while giving up zero walks. Dakota Jordan shined at the plate tonight, going 2-for-4 with three RBIs, including the go-ahead home run in the seventh inning. Jordan's three RBIs were a team-best, and he was the only Bulldog with multiple RBI. The Bulldogs are back in action Friday night at Dudy Noble Field against Evansville at 6 p.m.

🔼 Winding Down. State men’s basketball heads into its final week of the regular season as the Bulldogs face off against Texas A&M. The team enters into the matchup in a tie for seventh place in the conference standings, having won five of its last seven contests. State has won six of the last nine meetings against the Aggies with their last win in College Station coming in 2021.

🔼 Dear Ol’ State. Another big midweek test awaits Mississippi State men's hoops as the Bulldogs travel to face Texas A&M on Wednesday night in a battle of the SEC's maroon-and-white-clad teams. Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery discuss all that, plus have an exclusive chat with head coach Chris Jans on the latest episode of Dear Ol' State.

🔼 Day Two. Bulldog women’s golf wrapped up day two at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate in 14th with one round left to play. Avery Weed carded a team-best 3-over-par while Izzy Pellot finished her second round with four birdies in her 4-over par round. State will cap off its visit to Hilton Head, SC, in round three today.
