🎥 THE DUDES

The Dudes: The Road Starts Here (S.1 E.1). In the premiere episode of "The Dudes," the Mississippi State Baseball Team reveals their motivations for choosing the Bulldogs. From the electric fanbase to the iconic Dudy Noble stadium and the tight-knit team atmosphere, players share the real reasons behind their choice. Get ready for an inside look at their mission back to Omaha, driven by a shared belief in the team's exceptional potential.

One: Bittersweet (S.1 E.14). In the special Friday edition of "One," the 14th episode takes a heartfelt dive into Senior Day against Mizzou. Join Erynn Barnum, Jerkaila Jordan, Jessika Carter, and Lauren Park Lane as they reflect on what being a senior means to them and share their anticipated feelings. The episode captures bittersweet moments, featuring insights from teammates and Sam Purcell on the impactful leadership of these seniors and their cherished memories together.

🔼 Serious Swing. Bulldog women’s golf completed its first round at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate with a 1-under par round, good for fifth place in the team standings. As for the individual standings, State’s Julia Lopez Ramirez fired off the best score of day one with a 4-under par, 67 to sit in a tie for first place. This marked her best round of the spring thus far and the eighth time in her career that she has shot a 67. Lopez Ramirez carded five birdies throughout the day, leading the team. Avery Weed finished the day at even-par for a team-high ninth round of par or better this season, and Surapa Janthamunee finished her day one over.

🔼 Meant To Be. The Diamond Dawg’s freshman shortstop, Dylan Cupp, has waited five years to step onto Dudy Noble Field. Through the team’s first 12 games, Cupp has made an impact on the field he has had dreams of since he started high school. Other opportunities came calling during his high school days as pro scouts were looking to land him in the 2023 MLB Draft. As impressive of a feat as that would be, it meant he would have to give up the dream he had of playing at The Dude — one that he said he would regret. In his first game in the Maroon and White, he helped State secure a victory by drawing three walks and adding one run. Those little things proved to be huge and showed Starkville that the freshman was ready for college ball.
