🔼 Time To Dance. The wait is over — No. 8 seed Mississippi State men’s basketball tips off its NCAA Tournament run today at 11:15am against No. 9 seed Michigan State in Charlotte, N.C. on CBS.
The winner of today’s game between the Bulldogs and Spartans will advance to take on the winner of No. 1 seed North Carolina vs. No. 16 seed Wagner.
🔼 Lit Up The Scoreboard. No. 20 Mississippi State softball scored five runs in the second inning at Alabama State on Wednesday and never looked back, winning 10-2 to earn win No. 22 on the season.
Sierra Sacco went 2-for-4 out of the leadoff spot, scored once and drove in three to lead the offensive charge for the Bulldogs. Nadia Barbary and Paige Cook both hit home runs and drove in two.
🔼 Ranked Matchup. A week after hosting a top-10 LSU team for a three-game series, No. 21 Mississippi State baseball is out on the road this weekend for a three-gamer against No. 7 Texas A&M.
The Aggies are 18-2 and 13-0 at home this season, but most recently dropped their series at No. 8 Florida this past weekend.
🔼 Survive And Advance. Mississippi State women’s basketball begins play today in the inaugural Women’s Basketball Invite Tournament, hosting Georgia Tech at Humphrey Coliseum at 6:30pm.
