🔼 In-State Battle. Mississippi State baseball is back at the Dude today, hosting in-state foe Jackson State at 6 p.m. The Tigers are 12-6 this season, and dropped two-of-three games in their SWAC opener against Prairie View A&M last weekend.
🔼 Within Range. No. 22 Mississippi State men’s golf is through two rounds at the Arizona Thunderbirds Intercollegiate, shooting 2-under as a team to sit in a tie for fifth place among the 13-team field. Garrett Endicott and Dain Richie both shot 2-under on Monday to lead the Bulldogs.
🔼 Split Set. Mississippi State women’s golf picked up a win on Monday at the Old Barnwell Derby Match Play, bouncing back from a morning loss to No. 6 Florida State by taking down No. 18 Auburn, 3-2. Izzy Pellot, Chiara Horder and Samantha Whateley all earned points in the win.
