Dear Ol’ State: Jans Talks SEC Tourney. Mississippi State has its sights set on making some noise in the Music City. The Bulldogs begin play in the Southeastern Conference Tournament in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, facing Auburn. Ahead of the action, head coach Chris Jans sits down with Joel Coleman to discuss the mindset of his team and more.

🔼 Tournament Time! Mississippi State men’s basketball is in Nashville today, set for a 2 p.m. tipoff against No. 12 seed Auburn in the first round of the SEC Tournament!

Today’s game is a rematch from Feb. 18, when the Bulldogs beat the Tigers in Starkville, 91-85. Josh Hubbard scored 46 points in the win, a program record for a conference game, while making 10 3-pointers, another record.

🔼 No Hits Allowed! No. 12 Mississippi State softball will head into its weekend series against No. 1 Tennessee with some serious momentum after sweeping Southeast Missouri on Tuesday with a pair of shutouts, including a no-hitter from Leila Ammon in Game 1!

🔼 Comeback Complete! No. 3 Mississippi State baseball scored seven runs in the seventh inning against Tulane on Tuesday, erasing a 7-2 deficit and winning, 11-7!

Ace Reese launched a grand slam in the seventh to get the Diamond Dawgs within one run, with Reed Stallman, Gehrig Frei and Chone James following that up with RBI base hits of their own.
