🔼 Climbing The Charts. Outfielder Dakota Jordan is the latest Diamond Dawg to have climbed into D1 Baseball’s top 100 player rankings. Jordan, the recipient of multiple preseason accolades thus far, came in as the No. 18 outfielder in all of college baseball. The top 20 outfielder and the rest of Mississippi State baseball will take to the diamond later today for its season opener against Air Force at Dudy Noble Field.

🔼 Home Court Advantage. Bulldog women’s tennis will be put to the test on Friday by welcoming Louisiana to the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre at 1 p.m. The Bulldogs have reeled off 22-straight wins against the Ragin' Cajuns and lead the overall series 22-1 and 14-0 at home. Since Feb. 27, 2013, the Bulldogs have won 70 of their last 71 non-conference matches at home and currently have an active streak of 10 straight. This spring, State has jumped out to a 6-1 start under first-year head coach Chris Hooshyar.

🔼 Cue The Music. There’s a certain magic that happens when a player steps up to the plate, and the walk-up song is consistent with the player who picked it. This year's selection of player walk-up/walk-out songs will have you tapping your foot, ringing your bell in rhythm or singing along. Ready to pick out your favorites?
