The Dudes: The Road Starts Here (S.1 E.1). In the premiere episode of "The Dudes", the Mississippi State Baseball Team reveals their motivations for choosing the Bulldogs. From the electric fanbase to the iconic Dudy Noble stadium and the tight-knit team atmosphere, players share the real reasons behind their choice. Get ready for an inside look at their mission back to Omaha, driven by a shared belief in the team's exceptional potential.

🔼 Where Legends Are Made. Bulldog basketball legend Tan White was selected to the SEC Women’s Legends class as one of 13 former student-athletes who will be honored during halftime of their team’s first game at the 2024 SEC Tournament. White was the second player in program history to earn a First-Team All-American selection after being named a 2005 WBCA First-Team All-American. She earned 2005 AP Second Team All-American and 2002 Freshman All-American by Basketball Times. She also became the second player in program history to eclipse the 2,000-point mark while leading the nation in scoring with 23.5 points per game in her senior season. White remains the third-leading scorer in program history with 2,421 points.

🔼 Final From The Bahamas. Mississippi State women’s golf capped off the Nexus Collegiate with its best round of the tournament and jumped up to a fifth-place team finish after shooting the second-best team score of the day. The Bulldogs finished round three at 6-over par with Avery Weed leading the way after shooting 1-under par and finishing the tournament tied for second place. Chiara Horder and Samantha Whateley had strong final rounds as well, shooting 2-over par to each finish in the top 35.

🔼 Weekly Winner. After earning three wins in the Bulldogs’ 3-0 showing last week, Nemanja Malesevic was named the SEC Player of the Week. It is the first weekly conference accolade for Malesevic and also the first for the Bulldogs since Florian Broska was awarded the honor in 2021. The senior won two of his singles matches from the No. 1 position including the match-clincher in Sunday’s victory over VCU.

🔼 Next Level Invite. Four Bulldog football players received invites to attend the 2024 NFL Combine. Linebacker Nathaniel Watson, defensive lineman Jaden Crumedy, cornerback Decamerion Richardson and return specialist/wide receiver Tulu Griffin will all get the chance to show off in Indianapolis to the NFL’s scouts before the Draft.

🔼 No Stopping Schuelke. Diamond Dawg pitcher Cam Schuelke has been named to the Preseason National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Stopper of the Year Watch List, an award given to the top reliever in college baseball. Last season at the College of Central Florida, Schuelke recorded a 9-1 record with eight saves in 32 appearances, while posting a 2.09 ERA. He allowed only 34 hits through 60 1/3 innings pitched. Schuelke sealed his spot as the closer and averaged a career-low 0.83 WHIP and held opponents to a .161 batting average while collecting 86 strikeouts.
