🔼 First Pitch. Softball season is here, with Mississippi State traveling to Clearwater, Fla. this weekend for the NFCA Leadoff Classic. The Bulldogs will play five games over the next three days, starting with a pair of games today against No. 13 Texas Tech and No. 7 Duke. 🔼 Home Dub. Mississippi State women’s basketball got back to its winning ways on Thursday, taking down Arkansas at the Hump, 78-55. Five Bulldogs scored in double figures — Jerkaila Jordan (16), Debreasha Powe (16), Chandler Prater (14), Madina Okot (12) and Destiney McPhaul (11).

🔼 Dawgs vs. Dawgs. Men’s hoops is on the road this weekend, traveling to Athens, Ga. tomorrow for a 5 p.m. tip against the Georgia Bulldogs on the SEC Network. Mississippi State currently sits a half-game ahead of Georgia in the SEC standings.

🔼 Comfort Of Home. Both Mississippi State men’s and women’s tennis play a pair of home matches this weekend — the women play host to Memphis and Alcorn State today, while the men host Memphis and Jackson State on Sunday. 

🔼 Track In Texas. After a historic trip to South Carolina last weekend, Mississippi State track is headed to Texas this weekend, participating at the Charlie Thomas Invitational in College Station today and tomorrow.
