🔼 Road Dawgs. The Bulldogs fought hard on the road but fell in a close, defensive duel. Jerkaila Jordan led all State scorers with 19 points, and Lauren Park-Lane also finished in double-digits with a trio of three pointers. Next up, the Bulldogs will return to The Hump to face off against Kennesaw State on Dec. 11.
🔼 New Hires. New State football head coach Jeff Lebby is getting right to work on starting a new era. This weekend, Coach Lebby welcomed six coaches.

🔼 Staff of the Year. Earned back-to-back victories over ranked opponents? Check! Tied for the most single-season SEC wins? Check! Securing the most points in SEC history? Check!
The Soccer Dawgs accomplished a lot this season, and because of that, the Bulldog staff was awarded with a 2023 NCAA Southeast Staff of the Year award. The coaching staff helped guide the Bulldogs to their first Sweet 16 appearance this season.

2K Club. Bulldog basketball can put up some points in a hurry, but one State student-athlete in particular joined an exclusive club during Sunday’s games.
