Dear Ol’ State: Lebby Discusses The Newest Dawgs. Mississippi State football added new Bulldogs to the fold on Wednesday as part of National Signing Day. On the latest episode of Dear Ol' State with Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery, hear straight from head coach Jeff Lebby and get his thoughts on his signing class.

🔼 National Signing Day. Bulldog football’s Class of 2025 is shaping together following National Signing Day. With players signing from all across the country, see which players are making their way to Starkville to play at Davis Wade Stadium next season.
🔼 Statement Dub. Bulldog basketball bounced back from a disappointing showing against Butler last week with an emphatic, dominant 90-57 victory over No. 18 Pittsburgh at the Humphrey Coliseum as part of the SEC/ACC Challenge. In what was almost certainly the Bulldogs' best showing all season, as State secured the largest margin of victory over a ranked opponent in program history. Five Bulldogs scored at least 10 points, led by KeShawn Murphy's 20 points and Michael Nwoko’s 18 points.
🔼 High Honor. Bulldog soccer's Macey Hodge has etched her name in program history once again. The standout midfielder has been named one of 19 semifinalists for the 2024 MAC Hermann Trophy, becoming the first Bulldog ever to earn the prestigious recognition. Starting all 21 matches, Hodge logged over 1,700 minutes in the midfield, serving as both the team's engine and heartbeat as captain.
🔼 Down To The Wire. In a game that featured 17 lead changes, State women’s basketball suffered its first loss of the season when it fell to Georgia Tech, 78-75, in the 2024 SEC/ACC Challenge. Despite strong performances from Jerkaila Jordan and Eniya Russell, the Bulldogs are now 8-1 on the season.
🔼 Walk The Walk. For the fourth time in her career, Rebecca Walk was named to the SEC Community Service team. Walk has contributed hours to multiple organizations in the Starkville and Mississippi State communities. She has volunteered with the Access Program and the TK Martin Center on campus as well as other events around Starkville including Coffee with a Cop and the MLK Day of Service.
