Dear Ol’ State: 125 Seasons of Bulldog Football - Mario Haggan. Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery are celebrating 125 seasons of Mississippi State football by talking with several of the greats who have impacted Bulldog history. The latest episode features one of the best linebackers to ever wear the Maroon and White, Mario Haggan.

🔼 Queens of the Conference. Bulldog women's soccer etched their name into the history books on Sunday night, clinching sole possession of the SEC Regular Season Championship with a hard-fought 2-0 win over Texas A&M. The No. 3-ranked Bulldogs (15-1-0, 9-0-0 SEC) were propelled by goals from Ally Perry and Elle McCaslin, along with a commanding defensive display led by goalkeeper Maddy Anderson. Head coach James Armstrong also reached a personal milestone with the win, tying the program record for most coaching wins with 58.

🔼 S-E-Sweep. The Bulldogs won their second consecutive game, picking up a sweep over the Razorbacks on Sunday. This was the first Bulldog sweep in SEC play this season. For the third match in a row, Karli Schmidt has had double-digit kills with a team-best 16 kills. The Bulldogs are back on the road next Sunday to face Texas A&M.

🔼 Final From StarkVegas. Bulldog quarterback Michael Van Buren Jr. continued his outstanding true freshman season and running back Davon Booth boosted the Bulldogs on the ground and through the air, but it wasn't enough as Arkansas topped MSU 58-25 at Davis Wade Stadium. The freshman threw for 309 yards and scored three total touchdowns while Booth had a 54-yard touchdown reception and rushed for 93 yards. Receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. also excelled for MSU with eight catches for 100 yards and a score to stand out for the State offense.

🔼 That’s All, For Now. Bulldog softball completed its fall ball schedule over the weekend, capping off 2024 with the Fall World Series. After Abby Grace Richardson’s three-run homer opened the scoring for Team Mata, Team Lani rallied back for a 9-6 victory led by a go-ahead three-run blast from Sierra Sacco
