🔼 Super Low. After the opening round of The Ally, the Mississippi State Bulldogs sit in second place at 9-under par. Leading the Dawgs in the first round was Avery Weed, who tied an NCAA Record at 11-under par, setting a new career and program best. Weed played bogey-free golf throughout the entirety of her round, as she picked up five birdies and three eagles on her opening day.

🔼 Successful Sweep. Mississippi State capped off a successful week at the ITA Southern Regional Championships on Monday with Bulldogs sweeping the top three spots in singles. Petar Jovanovic and Benito Sanchez Martinez were crowned singles co-champions and both qualified for the NCAA Singles Tournament in Waco, Texas next month. It is the second consecutive season that both Jovanovic and Sanchez Martinez have qualified for the NCAA Individual Championships.

🔼 Fall Finale. The No. 22-ranked Bulldog men's golf shot 5-under in the final round of the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational to close the fall portion of its season. The Bulldogs placed sixth, carding even par for the tournament. Josep Serra recorded seven birdies in a final round that saw him shoot a season-low, 4-under 68 to finish inside the top 10 in three of State's four fall outings.

🔼 Time Flies. A decade since it all transpired, Prescott, his teammates, coaches and support staff from the historic group that put MSU on the mountaintop of college football were all back in Starkville over the weekend to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their accomplishments.

🗣️ "It was the group of brothers we had. The fans. Just the whole thing. We all were like-minded. We had the same goals, and it came together, and we made it happen." - Fred Ross, wide receiver

🔼 Brick By Brick. Bulldog soccer head coach James Armstrong wanted to build a long-lasting culture and accomplish unprecedented feats alongside his gifted staff, and in just five years at the helm, he has done just that. Armstrong has led an incredible roster of talent to back-to-back appearances in the NCAA Tournament, including the program's first-ever Sweet 16 last season, and most recently, captured its fifth consecutive Magnolia Cup.
