Dear Ol’ State: Jans Speaks On The Start of SEC Play. On the first episode of Dear Ol' State in 2025, Joel Coleman and Logan Lowery chat with head men's basketball coach Chris Jans with the start of SEC play coming up on Saturday.

🔼 Elite Status. The official NFL Pro Bowl selections were announced, and two former Bulldogs were selected as some of the league’s best at their respective positions. Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones and Jacksonville Jaguars punter Logan Cooke will represent their teams and positions at the 2025 Pro Bowl Games later this month.

🔼 Signee Spotlight. Joining Bulldog softball next season as part of the Class of 2025 is Carson Smith, the No. 36 player according to Extra Inning Softball. She signed with Mississippi State in November after being tabbed the No. 13 middle infielder.
